Our managed e-Learning delivery model has been built to make e-Learning easy for any organisation.
We assist our clients to train learners through e-Learning by providing everything required including a learning management system, courses and support on an outsourced basis.

From the initial setup and staff induction to continual reporting to our clients on learner progress, we manage the entire process. Through the service we:
- Provide access to a large array of packaged courses which we've pre-qualified for inclusion
- Administer these on your behalf
- Proactively follow up with learners to ensure they complete their coursework
- Provide assessments and assignments as part of the learning process
- Provide in-depth reporting to HR on progress and success
- Issue certificates to learners
Payment for courses is via a credit system which allows you to manage your costs as well as giving you free reign over who does which courses and when (rather than the limiting licensing model which is normally used.)

We have three suppliers of outsourced courses that cover a broad spectrum of subjects. We select courses from this range, vet them for quality, add any information, tests or assignments we feel they are lacking and make them available to our clients.

- The solution is completely scalable allowing you to trial e-Learning at low cost at one location or expand up to as many different geographic locations and learners as you like.
- It is completely bandwidth friendly too (even video content) and won't choke up your company internet connection. We have clients with learning sites all over the country and internationally, all running at the same time.
- If you have existing learning material we can incorporate that into the service for use by your staff so that all digital training is centralised.
